When we began work on the new OnSugar, one of the things we knew we had to include was stats. We started with site analytics, and are happy to say that you can now see stats on your site's reach, pageviews, comments, followers, likes, and reblogs. Additionally you can check out which post is pulling in all of these great stats, and which of your followers is commenting the most.
Once we had these stats built, we kind of got obsessed with checking them. In fact we constantly compared our stats with one another in order to see who was "winning." That's when it hit us. We needed to provide a way to compare stats with your friends. So we went back and built out a new section called Social Stats.
With the new OnSugar, you can now see where your site stands in comparison to folks you follow, or everyone else on the network. We even allow you to look at different time periods. If your site is killing it today, your friends are going to know! And if you beat them all month, they'll know that too. The best part is that the stats are across lots of different areas. You can be the all time leader in comment count, but someone else might have a better reach. These different slices really allow you to figure out how you stack up to the competition. Not that we're competing or anything…
That said, I'm currently ranked first in my weekly follower list! I better rustle up a few more folks to keep up my lead!
